RETEX is a purely Czech company that has been manufacturing non-wovens since 1950, especially for the automotive and construction industries. In addition to the emphasis on maximum quality, the company’s priorities are also ethics, fairness and, last but not least, environmental sustainability. Up to 70% of the input raw materials are recycled! The company processes 80 million PET bottles and 2,500 t of clothing annually.

„The employee satisfaction survey we conducted showed us the need to develop internal communication and to transfer and share information more effectively across the organisation. Given the different types of shifts of production employees and their direct supervisors, the shift foremen, we were aware of the complexity of timely and accurate communication of information about what was happening in the company. Therefore, we decided to implement Plusco alongside other communication tools such as the company magazine or info-corners. From the introduction of Plusco, we expected that employees would be more involved and engaged in ongoing or new projects and tasks, they would be informed about what is ahead, what we are good at, what we have succeeded in and vice versa, what needs to be worked on and what needs to be improved. In my opinion, employees have information about what is happening in the company. We are planning to conduct a satisfaction survey again after a year and I believe that the awareness“ indicator will definitely come out differently this year than last year. I also see the possibility of two-way communication towards management as a benefit. Employees can electronically submit suggestions, suggestions for improvement, questions very easily and at the same time see quick answers and responses from us. “
