„The goal of our new company intranet was to find a more effective communication channel through which we could keep our employees informed of company news and happenings in a very clear and quickly accessible format. For this reason, the HP website features News and Events Calendar sections, articles from the internal magazine, as well as tiles with active links to the most used company applications. Another important part of the new intranet was the creation of the HR section, where employees can find links to all important internal HR applications, benefit options and descriptions of the most important processes. There is also a Documents section, dividing essential forms into several categories with the possibility of sorting them by importance. We then individually addressed the presentation of the company magazine through a breakdown into individual articles and links to archived issues. The content of our intranet is then closed by a separate section dedicated to the most important project of the company, which is intertwined with all departments. At first glance, it fulfils the purpose of giving a quick introduction to the current status and plans that await us in the next few years.“
