Baumüller Brno, s.r.o. is a subsidiary of a German company, offering products and services in the field of electric drives, automation, and control systems for industrial customers. Baumüller Brno has successfully built the largest production plant within the entire group and celebrated its 30th anniversary on the market in 2023.

Results after implementation:

Before launching the app, the project team didn’t underestimate the importance of good promotion — and it paid off. They announced the new app in their own podcast and placed posters with QR codes for easy download throughout the company. In the workshops, team members personally helped employees install and navigate the app.

What are the results? 72% of employees access the app at least every third day, and 92% actively use it.

The most popular modules include Messages, where employees can find all current company news, and Lunch Ordering, a feature specially developed for Baumüller. Through this module, employees can browse the daily menu, check their account balance, and order their meals directly in the app.
