The News module is essential for speeding up and increasing the efficiency of communication in your company. It allows for a wide range of uses and can become the main promotional channel for added content in any Plusco module (e.g. informing about a company-wide competition).

Calendar
Your employees will have an overview of all company events. They can always check Plusco to see what’s coming up in the next few days. We allow you to view classic events, bookings, shifts and also integrate data from your IT systems.
- You can view the calendar either as a listing of events or as a monthly view
- You can set up reservations for the events – for example, if you want to secure your place at a massage
- You’ll get a notification on your phone that an event is coming up, and you’ll also see upcoming events on the app’s homepage
- You can attach photos, documents or related news to an event
Gallery
Shared experiences strengthen the collective! Remind your employees of shared moments in a clear gallery. You can upload photos and videos.
- You can create a custom gallery for each event with unlimited photos and videos
- Sort the content into clear categories
- Videos are played directly in the app interface
- You can also add a caption to important moments from events or happenings in the app. Your employees can then comment on the gallery
Magazines
Plusco now allows your employees to freely subscribe to company magazines and printed materials in digital form. Employees will have the new issue at their fingertips, your company will save on printing costs and support forests and the environment.
- You can easily upload magazines to Plusco in PDF format
- Convenient pdf reader allows employees to turn pages or zoom in on their phones and desktops at will
- Employees can download the magazine from the app. You can add a caption to each issue
- In Plusco you will always see the current issue of the magazine, employees can also browse the archive of previous issues
